A leading car manufacturer required a system to automate the installation of the air bag systems into cars on a production line. There were multiple quality parameters to monitor on this critical component, and we designed and built the panels then integrated the complete system into their production line using Mitsubishi a PLC. The system was installed and functioned correctly meeting our client’s requirements.
