Optimal have automated over 40 CIP/SIP systems for multiple major clients all over the world and are thus extremely experienced in with these technologies. Systems supplied include those with semi-automatic and fully automatic controls, new build and refurbished. Systems have ranged from those with very traditional push button controls through systems with HMI interfaces to those with full-blown Client Server SCADA and even DCS.

We are fully conversant with all the normal controls functionality associated with CIP/SIP systems, and can develop a controls strategy with the minimum of client input.

Our standard offer targets a mid range level of automation for a single use system where we use a control system with a single HMI on the system, this offering full automatic as well as manual control. The system has a recipe system together with real time trending and real time parameter display plus data logging for batch reports.
