Print & Inspect Systems
We have designed and installed many on-line print and inspect systems, some using our complete print and inspect machine – iPass® (integrated Print Assurance), with others being based around a client’s line equipment. By using our synTI package we are able to standardise on the design with most requirements just needing configuration and not programming. The package uses a software interface adaptor specific for your target printer, and the inspection system normally has, as a minimum, a camera system but also can have other inspection devices such as bar code reader, 2D reader, check weigher etc.
Our standard offer is based around a single station and uses an already supported printer and camera configuration, and can cope with up to 4 lines of 60 characters in total together with a bar code or 2D code.
