Optimal have automated multiple Pure Water/Water For Injection systems for multiple major clients all over the world and are thus extremely experienced in with these technologies.
One system that we designed and built centred on the use of a Siemens S7 PLC together with a Wonderware top end. This was for an overseas client, and principally involved the control of a WFI distribution system. The control system was fully designed and implemented by ourselves including full life cycle validation
