With highly regulated industries being key clients of Optimal, we place high demands on our quality system, and as well as having full ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 accreditation we have also been audited many times both by our clients and our suppliers. Quality has to be “by design” within all of our activities, and not just a paper filling exercise. This is why we have a dedicated team of quality personnel, these always making sure that our quality procedures are continuously improved and not only being adhered to, but are also beneficial to our clients and to the way that we work.
